Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please contact us right away so that we can correct any issue at no charge.

*   C'est la Vie Treasures will accept items for exchange, credit or return within 15 days of receipt.

*   Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. 

*   Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges.  Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. We cannot refund shipping        charges on returned items. 

*   Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. 

*   To return or exchange an item, please contact us using the Contact Us Form. 

Note: For your security, please use an insured carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and retain your receipt. C'est la Vie Treasures will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Also, due to the nature of  our products, some one-of-a-kind pieces may not be able to be duplicated and you will have an option for credit or refund.
