What is your design process?

I start by meeting with clients to discuss their vision and style preferences. From there, I create sketches and 3D models to bring the design to life. Once the design is finalized, I source materials and begin crafting the piece by hand.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes, I offer repair services for all of my jewelry. Contact me for more information on the repair process and pricing.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

I want all of my clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it to discuss a return or exchange.
